SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:

Our clothing products (jumpers, onesies, sleeveless fleeces and snoods) are made to order. We intend to make all orders as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 14 days production time prior to shipment in busy periods.

Collars and Leads will be shipped within 3 working days of the order confirmation. 

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled by contacting us but this must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed (prior to the production process starting). Once the order cancellation has been confirmed, a full refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be completed.

Shipping Rates:

Please see shipping rates at checkout. Orders are shipped through Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.

Free shipping on all UK orders £75+.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Royal Mail website.

 

Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated after you receive the tracking number.

Collection:

We do not have a physical store so we cannot offer free collection as standard, however if you live in the Greater Manchester area and would like to collect your order for free please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping Regions:

Please note that we ship within the United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), USA (Mainland), Canada (Mainland), Australia and New Zealand.

 

We do not offer shipping to international destinations outside the above locations as a standard option. If you would like your order delivered outside of the aforementioned regions please contact us to arrange

 

Please note all international orders (except for USA) are processed as 'Delivery Duty Unpaid' meaning that the buyer/recipient is responsible for paying duty or tax charges on arrival and it is solely their responsibility. Additional delivery handling fees may also apply.

Further information on which countries these charges apply to and approximate duty charges can be found here.

Fajn Limited are not responsible for these charges and will not refund these charges in the event of a product being returned. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

Fajn Limited is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that are beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

    •  To prevent our products from shrinking and to keep them looking their best, wash at 30°.

    • Hang out to dry, as heat from tumble dryers can cause it to shrink. 

    • Do not iron.

    • Do not bleach.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing fajn! We strive to provide high-quality items that meets your sighthound's needs and keep them comfortable and stylish. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to help you.

Returns Policy:

Clothing Products

Our clothing items are made to order and produced specifically for your dog based on the size you select. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we cannot accept general returns.

Please ensure that you correctly measure your dog based off our size guide. If you are unsure about the correct size for your dog please contact us prior to purchasing.

If you received a faulty or wrong product, your statutory rights apply. Please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and description of your issue. More information is outlined in the “Contact for Issues, Faulty or Incorrect Items” section below.

Collar and Lead Products

You may return collars and leads and request a refund or exchange for an alternative size, if available, within 14 days of receipt in line with UK Consumer Law. 

 

To ensure we can process your return or exchange smoothly, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

 

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition.  Free from wear, marks, odours, pet hair, or damage. Items showing signs of use, washing, or wear cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Items must include all original packaging.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if returned items show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition.

To request a refund or exchange for an alternative size, please follow the guidance below:

  • Contact us as soon as possibly, and no longer than 14 days of receiving your order;

  • If you are requesting an exchange, confirm that the alternative size is in stock on our website;

  • Return the original item in unused condition and with all original packaging as outlined above; 

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Use a tracked and insured service to return your item, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit;

  • We will process the return/exchange once the returned item has been received and inspected;

  • If you requested an exchange, redelivery costs apply for the replacement item. These will be invoiced via a secure paylink before dispatch. 

  • If requested exchange product is unavailable, we will be happy to offer a full refund.

 

If you received a faulty item, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law. Please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving your order. See below for more details.

If you received a faulty item, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law. In the event that you encounter any problems or receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us as soon as possible (but no longer than 30 days from delivery of the item). When contacting us, please provide the following details for a quick resolution:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Your email address.

  3. A clear description of the issue or defect.
