Our products are designed for sighthounds, for their unique body shape and need for comfortable, well fitting gear. However, any dog can wear our products as long as they match the measurements in our size guide. If your dog fits the sizing, they’re absolutely welcome to enjoy fajn. We also offer custom sizing for sighthounds who fall outside standard measurements  including Italian Greyhounds, Whiggys, Bedlington Whippets, Lurchers, Greyhounds, and others! All of our clothing products are made to order. We intend to make all order as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 14 days production time prior to shipment in busy periods. Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please see our full Shipping Policy (www.fajn.co.uk/shippingandreturns)for more information.

We do! We only ship within the United Kingdom (UK) and Northern Ireland, European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), USA (Mainland), Canada (Mainland), Australia and New Zealand. We do not accept general returns for our clothing products, as each item, is made to order. If you received a faulty or incorrect product, your statutory rights apply. Please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and description of your issue. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with a Royal Mail tracking number.

To choose the correct size, please refer to our Size Guide.(www.fajn.co.uk/size-guide) We recommend measuring your dog', in line with our measuring guide, before making a purchase to ensure the best fit possible. Size guides from other brands are not compatible with our patterns and may result in an incorrect fit.

Yes - We offer free alterations on our clothing items and for sighthounds  that do not fit within our regular size guide. This can include adjustments such as larger chest or shorter back.  We also offer free alterations, if you have any specific design preference such as different snood or /or leg lengths. For fully custom sized garments (for example, for Greyhounds, Italian Greyhounds), an additional fee may apply.
