Are fajn products only for whippets?

Our products are designed for sighthounds, and providing you follow our sizing guide then you should be able to find a size that keeps any sighthound warm and stylish! We also offer custom sizing and alterations for free!

Large italian greyhounds, whiggys, bedlington whippets, lurchers and greyhounds we're here for you! We have also made jumpers for Podencos!

When will I receive my order?

All our products are made to order. We intend to make all order as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 14 days production time prior to shipment in busy periods.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri tracked.

Do you ship internationally?

Please note that we only ship within the United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), USA (Mainland), Canada (Mainland), Australia and New Zealand.

Due to the introduction of the new EU 'General Product Safety Regulations' we will not be shipping to EU/EEA countries and Northern Ireland from the 13th December 2024. This is a temporary arrangement and we hope to be able to sell to our European friends again soon!

Please note that we do not accept general returns for our dogwear products due to the nature of our items being made to order. If you however have an issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.

To pick the right size, please refer to our Size Guide.(www.fajn.co.uk/size-guide) We recommend measuring your dog's chest, neck, and back length before making a purchase to ensure the best fit possible. Please do not use a size guide by a different company to place a fajn order. Use only use our size chart, which is specific to our products, to pick the right size for your hound.

Do you offer free alterations/custom sizing?

We offer free alterations and custom sizes if your hound does not fit within our size guide, or if you have any specific design preference such as shorter snood/leg length etc. Please get in touch before placing your order.
