Additional Information for International Orders

Please note all international orders (except for USA) are processed as 'Delivery Duty Unpaid' meaning that the buyer/recipient is responsible for paying duty or tax charges on arrival and it is solely their responsibility. Additional delivery handling fees may also apply.

No duty is due on orders under $1000 NZD to New Zealand.

Due to Trade Agreements no duty is due on orders to Australia.

Since 29 August 2025, the US has suspended its $800 de minimis threshold for commercial goods, meaning all low-value shipments from the UK, are now subject to customs duties (10%) and processing fees. Therefore, orders to the US will be subject to a £4.80 additional handling fee to account for customs duties.
